The vlog thing...

I know that's not the name of a song, but I don't have a song of the day. So here goes.


I recently discovered the phenomenon of vlogging. Well no, I knew about it. In that I have watched youtube videos where people just post random crap, a bit like what I do here except theirs are videos. For example I used to watch panacea81's make up vlogs religiously - now I just watch them if I need a particular idea for my eye make up. But, I digress...

I wanna be a billionaire, so fricking baaad. Well, I'd settle for a few thousand pounds at the mo. Hell, one thousand will do.

I'm Still Standing!

The name of my blog? Yeah it's from the A1 song. It's quite a fitting song really. The guy is waiting for the girl to change, and she says she will, but when it comes to it she's always the same, and the guys from A1 are tired of it. Well I've set out many, many, many times over the years with the intention of changing things. The amount of times I've said "I'm going to sort my life out" is excessive, because I never do.

I'm Amy Bennett, no middle name, generally substitute my childhood family nickname Doll. I'm currently 20 years old, and that is a sad fact. I am unemployed right now, and I live in Durham.

Start of Something

I've often wondered what made me who I am today - that is to say overweight, single, cowardly, bitchy, generally attention-seeking. I readily admit that at times, I am all of these things. I am also inherently lazy, and I lack any willpower or determination. No matter how much I wish to change who and what I am, I simply can't be arsed, for want of a better expression.
